Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Hookuv Aneg ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Hookuv Aneg provides professional apartment renovation and finishing services throughout Canada, including but not limited to:

• Kitchen renovation and remodeling
• Bathroom renovation and upgrades
• Complete home renovation services
• Interior finishing and design
• Electrical and lighting installation
• Custom carpentry and built-in solutions

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Service Agreements

Individual renovation projects are governed by separate written contracts that include:

• Detailed project scope and specifications
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Materials and labor specifications
• Warranty and guarantee terms

These Terms supplement but do not replace individual service contracts.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service contracts and typically include:

• Initial deposit upon contract signing
• Progress payments based on project milestones
• Final payment upon project completion
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue amounts

All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

Project cancellation terms are outlined in individual service contracts. Generally:

• Written notice is required for any cancellation
• Cancellation fees may apply based on project stage
• Materials ordered specifically for your project may be non-refundable
• Work completed up to cancellation date will be charged

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship and guarantee the quality of our services:

• One-year warranty on workmanship for most services
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products
• Warranty terms are detailed in individual service contracts
• Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Claims must be made within reasonable time periods as specified in contracts
• Our insurance coverage provides additional protection for covered events

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information and requirements
• Ensuring access to work areas during scheduled times
• Obtaining necessary permits where required
• Making timely payments according to contract terms
• Communicating changes or concerns promptly

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and proprietary methods remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive rights to use designs for their specific project but not for commercial reproduction.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your project details. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

• Initial good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if direct negotiation is unsuccessful
• Binding arbitration as a final resort
• Canadian law governs all agreements and disputes

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of Ontario.
